We currently ship all over India.
International shipping is in the works — stay tuned through our Instagram or website for updates.
⏳ Processing Time
We don’t mass-produce — every piece is prepped and packed with care.
Orders are processed within 1–4 working days.
Custom pieces or high-volume drops might take a little longer — quality over speed.
🚚 Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delays can happen because of courier issues or regional access. We’ll update you if anything goes sideways.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout.
Sometimes we offer free shipping for specific drops or order values — watch out for those.
📦 Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Didn’t get one? Check spam folders or just DM us @offnrml.
🧾 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Double-check your shipping info.
We’re not responsible for lost parcels due to wrong addresses.
If the courier returns your parcel, you’ll need to pay extra to get it re-shipped.

We use trusted delivery partners, but delays can still happen.
If your parcel hasn’t moved in a while or seems lost, contact us. We’ll help sort it.
